Armada lovers are very familiar with "street foods" which have their own place in Armada Cuisine. Some constants offered by the Armada "Catering" service include mussels stuffed with rice, pine nuts and currants, grilled tripe, known on the streets as "kokoreç,” rice pilaf with chickpeas, and Albanian fried liver. These dishes and more are offered at "Street Food Tasting" days organized by the Armada and Armada Terrace several times year. |
